Ashley Hughes ~ Business ManagerAshley is a South Bend Native. She recently graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics. She served in the U.S. Army National Guard for 8 years as a Vehicle Mechanic and Chemical Specialist. She served on a humanitarian mission to Nicaragua in 2016 building bathroom facilities and water filtration systems.

Ashley has over 13 years of experience in the service industry with 3 of those years here at South Bend Country Club. She started here as a bartender and worked her way up to where she is now. When Ashley is not at the club, she enjoys playing the drums, listening to music, and enjoying any sport. Also, she loves spending time with her dog and 3 cats.

Brad Thornburg ~ Executive Chef

Brad is from Southwest Michigan, graduated from Watervliet High School. He has worked in the culinary industry for 20+ years. He was the Sous Chef at Tosis Restaurant, and Lost Dunes Golf Club. he has also been the Head Chef of Harbor Shores, Lake Michigan Hills, and most recently Chef de Cuisine at Tabor Hill Winery and Restaurant.

When Brad is not in the kitchen he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his daughter. He also has 2 English Mastiffs that keep him busy.
